Thanks again to the driver (didn't get his name) who called to recommend that we don't dump it in the driveway because it may stain the concrete

After a day of rain the mulch seemed to turned to wood color with black highlights. I thought the black color would last longer. I spoke to Bob and he advised me to flip the mulch because it was fresh. I raked all the beds with a hard metal rake and there perfectly black again.

Good mulch but I don’t think it was the 6 yards I requested. I feel it was short by about a half to 3/4 of a yard.

There was a slight mix up with my delivery where my neighbor accidentally waved the truck down to dump the mulch at his house since he was expecting a delivery from another company. I left a message with lifirewood and mulch and the owner called me back and immediately sent another truck with more mulch to my address within an hour and no hassle or charge to me or my neighbor for the mistake. Great customer service! Will definitely continue using for my mulch needs.

The delivery was exceptional. The driver exercised care and dropped the materials, 20 yards, where I needed it to be placed in order to continue to use my driveway. The delivery was also made on time as well. 5 stars for ease of use on the ordering and delivery. The mulch, jet black dyed mulch, was average in quality so I gave it 3 stars. There is quite a bit of brown mulch mixed in with the black mulch. Not sure why other than I assume it has to do with the dying process. Overall, a positive experience.
