Seasoned Firewood

I have purchased firewood and mulch multiple times from them over the past 5 years. Each time at a fair price and through great service. The process was extremely easy via their website, and they were very responsive/communicative through email and phone. Each delivery is on time and more than the agreed upon amount... so they have never shorted me. A+++ for them... highly recommend.

This wood was really great to burn! I will however need to spilt it smaller to fit our new Osburn. The only issue I have is that its a but pricey but if you need kiln-dried wood that will just burn, this is it!

The reason I keep coming back is because they are just plain no-nonsense to deal with. They come when they say they will and they seem to always be ready to deliver instead of having to wait weeks. Their materials guy seems well organized and is proactively communicative. The only small knock is the wood quality. It’s always been a safe bet which is why this negative doesn’t drive me away but some pieces are half tree trunks (way too big). In all though, the price is fair for the dependable service they provide (and I’ll pay a premium to work with dependable businesses) and the product is fine. I will continue to work with this business until they let me down if the price exceeds the value of their service.

70% of the logs I sampled had an internal moisture content between 24% to 28%. The other 30% had a moisture content between 18% to 22% which is good. The wood is useable but I split a lot of the logs into smaller pieces to season them quicker because I need to use them now.
